1. Downtown & Lakefront Park

  • Developing Downtown and Lakefront Park to enhance recreational opportunities, attract tourism, and create spaces for community engagement.
  • Cleaning up and revitalizing vacant and underutilized buildings in the downtown district to improve the area’s aesthetic.
  • Continuing to expand and improve parks, including adding new amenities to Lakefront Park and other green spaces.

2. Infrastructure Improvements

  • Maintain and improve roads and transportation systems to ensure safe and accessible commutes for residents.
  • Address critical sewer and water infrastructure to prevent future issues and save taxpayer money in the long run.
  • Leverage grants and bonds to fund these projects without placing undue financial burdens on residents.

3. Economic Growth & Development

  • Attracting both residential and commercial developments to create jobs and expand the Village’s tax base.
  • Supporting small businesses and fostering an environment that encourages entrepreneurs to invest in Fox Lake.
  • Implementing the “This Is The Life” marketing campaign to highlight the Village’s potential and attract new opportunities.
