Infrastructure Improvements

• Reconstructed numerous major roads, including Grand Avenue, Sayton Road, Holly Avenue, Nippersink Road, Hickory Street, and subdivision streets, using bonds and grants to fund the work.
• Secured a $2.75 million grant to address flooding and repave streets in the Knollwood Subdivision.
• Upgraded critical sewer and water infrastructure to save millions of dollars for future generations.
• Repaired the village portion of Washington Street, along with other key streets.

Parks & Public Spaces

• Expanded and improved Lakefront Park with new amenities such as a playground, beach, band shell, pickleball courts, and a splash pad—all completed without raising taxes or fees.
• Developed parks on Grace Street and improved Millennium Park.
• Cleaned up and revitalized the wall across from the train station on Nippersink Road.

Economic & Community Development

• Supported the creation of a comprehensive plan for Fox Lake, laying the groundwork for future growth and revitalization of the downtown area.
• Worked collaboratively to bring new development opportunities to Fox Lake.
• Launched a new marketing campaign to attract businesses, residents, and visitors to the Village.

Transparent & Accessible Governance

• Maintained a transparent government by posting agendas online in advance and offering board meetings via Zoom for resident participation.
• Delivered on nearly all campaign promises made over multiple terms, demonstrating accountability and commitment to residents.

Grant Utilization & Financial Responsibility

• Secured multiple grants for infrastructure, parks, and public improvement projects, ensuring progress without burdening taxpayers.
• Completed significant projects while keeping taxes and fees stable.

Community Engagement & Service

• Participated in and supported numerous community events, such as the Mayor’s Challenge, Halloween Howl, and other Village activities.
• Volunteered in programs such as youth sports, community gardens, and local fundraisers.
• Donated time and resources to enhance Village facilities, such as installing sprinkler systems and communication towers at no cost to the Village.
